To prepare the skin and ensure optimal treatment outcomes:

• Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, and active treatments for 5–7 days prior to your appointment
• Discontinue benzoyl peroxide, acne treatments, and at-home peels unless otherwise directed
• Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning beds, or sunburned skin
• Please allow appropriate healing time between facial treatments and injectable or laser services. Facial treatments should not be scheduled within 14 days of Botox, 30 days of dermal fillers, or laser procedures unless otherwise approved by your provider.

Following your facial, the skin may feel refreshed and more sensitive as it begins its renewal process:

• Avoid exfoliation, retinoids, or active products for 5–7 days post-treatment
• Refrain from excessive heat (saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga) for 24–48 hours
• Protect the skin with SPF and limit sun exposure
• Keep skincare simple and supportive as recommended by your provider
• Mild redness or sensitivity is normal and temporary
• To protect treatment results and skin integrity, please allow appropriate healing time before scheduling Botox, dermal fillers, or laser treatments. Facial services should be spaced at least 14-30 days apart from injectables or laser procedures unless otherwise directed by a medical provider.
